Please read our sales policies carefully before ordering. The following terms apply to all purchases made from Tootsie's Dance Shoes.

Our web site is our "Catalog" and we do not offer or mail out printed catalogs.

Please feel free to save or print any portion of our web site if you would prefer a printed copy for the purposes of doing business with us. Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment in the form of money orders or personal checks in U.S. funds only. Cash is accepted at Tootsie's studio for our local customers.

If paying by personal check, please allow additional time for your check to clear before shipment is made. Until we are able to take orders directly from the web, please call to place an order. Shipping & handling charges are not included in the prices shown.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported to Tootsie's within 3 days of receipt.

Return policy: Shoes that have been worn or exhibit misuse or mishandling will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

We will work with you to help ensure your satisfaction. Returned orders, if accepted, are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost. Unworn shoes being exchanged for size only are not subject to the restocking fee, but customer shall pay shipping charges to return and re-ship.

All returns must have return authorization by Tootsie's prior to shipping. The return authorization information must be written on the outside of the box(es). Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned/refused to the sender at his/her expense. Purchaser is liable for all shipping costs including initial freight cost, any C.O.D. charges and all merchandise returned to Tootsie's for exchange. No cash refunds under any circumstances.

Although we want you to be happy with your shoes, because custom orders are unique products, return of special order non-defective products may be subject to a 50% fee.

All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Terms of sale are subject to change without notice. Customer pays all shipping and C.O.D. costs including returns. All shipping and C.O.D. costs are non-refundable.

Customer address corrections made after the product has been shipped will be charged $25.00 fee per box.
